Booking Instructions
STEP 1:
Select the required service and the approximate duration needed.
This is just an indicator of how much time you wish to allocate, Don't worry we do not require payment upfront.
All jobs are payment upon completion.
If the job is completed faster than the booked duration, we will only charge based on the time used. However if the job requires more time than initial booking we will charge for the additional time.
STEP 2:
Select the date and time you wish to book in.
Fill out the form with all the relevant details.
This is the date and time you choose to do the job,
All removal type jobs will automatically incur a fuel levy charge of $100 at checkout.
STEP 3:
Your booking request has been sent in for review, pending approval.
Your booking is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive a notification from us advising your booking has been confirmed.
STEP 4:
Your booking has been confirmed.
Our staff has reviewed your booking and has accepted the job.
We will contact you prior to the service date to confirm one more time and will show up on the day to complete the job and take your payment.
