Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Sending in a booking quote does not mean you are booked in, all bookings require confirmation of booking to be considered as "Booked". Please submit the booking form and our team member will get in contact with you to confirm bookings. Pricing options are the general minimum charges for each container, we will advise you of the actual price upon revision of your booking form. Container prices may vary depending on the items inside the container i.e; if the items are much heavier than described on the booking form, we may need to bring additional men to ensure we can safely unload the container in a timely manner. As such, we will adjust the pricing accordingly. We urge customers to be as detailed as possible when booking for a container unloading service so our staff can provide a more accurate quote. Our container unloading service includes unloading all items from the container and palletizing them for you, pallets must be supplied by the customer and forklift + driver must also be supplied by the customer. If shrink wrap or any protective wraps is required, we will also wrap them for you, however these protective wrappings must be also supplied by customers. Any cancellations or modifications to confirmed bookings must be done so 48 hours in advance.
