IMPORTANT: Sending in a booking quote does not mean you are booked in, all bookings require confirmation of booking to be considered as "Booked". Please submit the booking form and our team member will get in contact with you to confirm bookings. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to try and work around your desired moving date and time, however we cannot guarantee we can make the necessary adjustments if your new requested date and time is unavailable. Our services have a MINIMUM 2 Hour charge. If your job is completed within 1 hour and 30 mins, we will still charge for the full 2 hours. All removals incur a $100 fuel levy charge which is a flat rate charge that is non-optional, even if you uncheck the box for fuel levy charge on the booking form, the charge will still be incurred upon completion. If upon arriving at the pickup destination and the customer is a no show or cancelled on the spot, Fuel levy will still be charged. If there are stairs/steps at either properties, please check the box on the booking form, if you do not check the box and on the day of the move there are stairs/steps involved, we will charge this accordingly. All jobs will be completed with 2 removalists that will aim to finish your job as quickly as possible while still taking maximum care of your furniture and items for the move, ensuring all your items and furniture arrive to the new destination safely. If you would like more than 2 removalists, we do have options to add in 1 more removalist for an extra $50 Per hour. All removal jobs are inclusive of moving blankets and wrap to protect sensitive and fragile items. Apartments: For all apartments that require lift access, customers are responsible for the arrangement of the loading zone and lift booking for the move, please advise the building manager ahead of time to ensure our removalists have access to the lifts during the move, this is not only for safety but also to make sure our removalists are always on the move, resulting in a more efficient move & less time charged.
